My kids love to snack. If I would let them, they would snack all day, and sometimes they do. This makes it hard to get in real foods like fruits, veggies and proteins. I look for foods that can combine their love of snacking while at the same time sneaking in some of the good for them foods.
Mott’s has come out with a new fruit snack that combines kids love of snacking with a little added vegetable juice!! They are really great as on the go snacks. Drop a few in your diaper bag or back pack when you head over to the park for some fun. The snacks are made with pear, apple and carrot juice extracts.
My kids just gobbled them up. They are definitely not meant to replace having real fruits and veggies, but I do like that they are made with real fruit and carrot juices. The snacks were great to have with us while we were traveling in the car for an 8 hour drive for vacation.
