I have to admit I have more Sharpie markers that I really should. The fine tip ones are my favorite and I have one of the big multi packs with colors for days. If I was more crafty than I can understand having that many, but I like them just for play 🙂
Shoplet.com office supplies sent me a few varieties to test out. I love love love the metallic permanent markers. They are great for use on dark papers or surfaces where normal markers won’t show up. They add a little sparkle and fun to any project. And the picture below just says it all 🙂
Sharpie has also now come out with NEON permanent markers!! My kids immediately took to them and wanted to see what all they could color. What is even cooler is that they will glow under black light. Almost makes me want to go out and buy one just so I can see what they look like. Man these sure bring back memories of my childhood and Lisa Frank, neon everything, and slouchy socks. Just check out what you could do with a pair of white sunglasses 🙂 Oh the days!
Sharpie also makes a line of premium pens that will not bleed through your paper like some inks can. The fine lines and precise writing that comes from this pen is a nice change to their markers. Best part is that it is refillable so that you don’t have to buy a brand new pen each time it runs out or if you happen to leave the cap off and it dries out. But you would never do that… no…..
