I have been trying to change our pantry and kitchen into one that has foods that are more organic, natural and are not laden with ingredients that you can’t pronounce. Grant it we still have things that aren’t perfect, but I am taking small steps.
My kids LOVE chips (I think they got that from me) and I aim to get chips that are more on the healthy side without tasting like you are eating bark 🙂 They do surprise me that they like most of the healthier brands of chips.
We were sent a variety box of chips from Simply 7. The products they put out are made with 0 grams of Trans Fat and NO Cholesterol, No artificial colors or flavors, no additives or preservatives, Gluten Free, all natural, simple ingredients and simply delicious.
What I loved most is that the based of the chips are made from either hummus, lentils, or pomegranate. No I know what you are thinking about the pomegranate ones, but they turned out to be one of my favorites. They come in a variety of seasonings too (most of which I liked) from Sea Salt, Black Pepper, White Cheddar, Tomato Basil, Dill and more.
These chips are ones that I am proud to serve my family. I want as few “mystery” ingredients in our food as possible. I was also browsing their website and was drooling over some of the dip recipes they have posted to go along with their chips!
