It hasn’t been too cold here in Texas. We have had a few days here and there where it has been pretty cold and on those I just sit and dream of warmer weather!! I have also been dreaming of where I would go on a dream vacation…..
Ideally it would be some place warm and sunny. I want to catch some rays on a beautiful sandy beach… Ahhhhhh the life.
My brother has been to Australia before and I would love to one day visit and see the sights of Sydney, stay in a wonderful Sydney hotel, explore the beaches and just soak it all in. From pictures I have seen online, it seems like such a beautiful and exciting place with adventure at every turn. To be able to hop in a boat and go explore the waters sounds like a fabulous time! My dad used to race sail boats and it would be cool to get back in one and experience the water like he used to do.
I know I sure could use a getaway to some place I have never been before. With all the stress of life and kids and work, to truly escape would be divine! I might think about bringing the kids, if they behave.
Who wouldn’t want to go to those beaches and get a good book, gaze at the blue water and who knows, maybe take a nap on the beach! A girl can dream, right?!
So while I am sitting here planning my getaway to Australia, where would you like to go for your dream vacation? Is is some place warm? Some place cold? The jungle? What place would you like to escape to and discover something new and wonderful?
