I will fully admit that I have not always been the best at taking care of my teeth. Sure I brush my teeth at least twice a day, but rarely remember to floss. Therefore I am fairly prone to getting cavities. Even now as an adult I still get them despite my efforts to clean my teeth. I was sent some of the Crest Pro-Health products to test out. Did they help?
The Crest Pro-Health line is designed to help rebuild enamel, prevent tartar build up, protect against stains, and freshen breath all at the same time.
My first swishing of the mouthwash was a bit intense. It did burn a bit, but was bearable. I swished and swished and afterward my mouth felt super clean and minty fresh. Now like I said before I am not the best about remembering to do other things besides just brushing my teeth each day, but I kept the mouthwash right by the sink to help me remember.
After using it for a couple of weeks, my mouth was feeling and my breath was smelling minty fresh. Then I went in for my 6 month dentist appointment… She of course asked if I was flossing regularly because my teeth were pretty clean. It took her a lot less time to do the scraping part of the cleaning since there wasn’t as much build up as I sometimes get between cleaning. That made me happy since I am not a fan of being at the dentist long, but also made her happy that I was doing something a little more to help better the health of my mouth.
Funny how just with one extra step that really isn’t a very hard one can change the health of your mouth. That same concept can be used for so many other things that we can do for ourselves to better our health in many different areas.
